When will I receive my order?

Our customised products are designed and crafted from scratch and hence, may require a longer wait time.

We understand that you are excited to receive your order, which is why our team is committed to having your items reach you within 12 to 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and public holidays).

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard shipping fees cost $5. We offer free shipping for orders above $110.

Can I cancel/change my order?

We seek your understanding that orders containing customised products cannot be cancelled. However, we allow changes within 24 hours upon placing your order. Reach out to us at admin@giftedstories.com and our team will be ready to assist.

Can I change my shipping address?

Changes to your shipping address can be made within 3 business days upon submitting an order. Please send us a message at admin@giftedstories.com with your order number, current shipping address and the new address that you would like to change it to.

Are returns/exchanges allowed?

Customised orders cannot be exchanged as they are personalised items. However, in the rare event that there are missing items or defects, drop us an email at admin@giftedstories.com and our team will be in touch with the next steps.

Do you accept bulk requests for corporate gift purchases?
