Address Changes

Changes to your shipping address can be made within 3 business days upon submitting an order. Please send us a message at admin@giftedstories.com with your order number, current shipping address and the new address that you would like to change it to.

Return & Exchange

Customised orders cannot be exchanged as they are personalised items. However, in the rare event that there are missing items or defects, you may choose to return your order and we are happy to offer a refund. Drop us an email at admin@giftedstories.com and our team will be in touch with the next steps.

Product Image Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure accuracy and detail in the production and description of our personalised items, variations in screen resolution and image quality may affect the true depiction of colours in photographs.

Please also note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we cannot be held liable for these issues:

  • Products damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Personal reasons such as changes of mind, order cancellations upon submission, etc.
  • Personalised items are unique and cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
